Vick T.R., Founder /Director of 3L Consultancy Pte Ltd. comes with a combination of extensive operational experience especially in customer-contact situations and a proven ability to motivate and nurture people at a personal level. In his early days in the corporate world, he was known to make an effort to understand his staff and forge powerful working teams. His service skills helped secure and retained clients as well as expand opportunities within the existing client base. Vick entered the people development industry in 2001. He is the founder of 3L Consultancy Pte. Ltd. It is his passion and belief in serving customers with the Desire that led him to travel to places like Disney Land, Orlando, Asia, and Europe where service professionals serve with unbridle interest. This gave him the impetus to design the Desire To Serve Program as a workshop. Vick lives in Singapore with his wife, Sarojini.
